I knew as soon as we discussed flavours that Sarah knew what she was talking about and she didn’t disappoint. The cake was perfectly balanced. We went for lemon and blueberry compote with elderflower and a white chocolate ganache. It was absolutely delicious and looked stunning! The attention to detail was amazing, from the cake itself down to how to transport the cake, Sarah thought of everything. Would highly recommend and will be back for any cakes needed in future!"
